Accounts and permissions
Use an account you control and keep it secure. You must be legally able to enter these terms or have the required authorization. Only upload photos and other material you own or are authorized to use, with the permission of identifiable people where required.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for deception, harassment, non-consensual impersonation, unlawful sexual content, exploitation or infringement of others' rights. We may refuse or restrict requests that violate these rules or provider requirements. We may review reported content and restrict accounts involved in abuse, disputed payments or unauthorized use.
AI-generated results
Samples illustrate a scene and performance, not an exact guarantee. Motion, lip sync, wording, voice and appearance can vary. Photos do not clone your real speaking voice. Review the still-image preview before creating a video. You are responsible for checking the output before sharing it and for any rights needed to use your inputs and results.
Credits and paid generations
The price shown before confirmation controls the requested task. A basic 15-second 480p video uses 100 credits; shorter videos, HD output and extra image previews have the prices shown on the pricing page. Hotel Lobby uses the same video rates. One successful free image preview is available per account when enabled; complete videos are paid.
Purchased one-time credits expire 100 days after purchase. Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid billing period and do not roll over. Credits are service units, not money or a transferable stored balance. Confirmed generation failures restore reserved credits to their original credit lots and expiry dates.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel future renewals through the account billing portal or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period or extend credit expiry. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Files and availability
Download your completed paid videos within seven days. Photos and unused previews follow the 24-hour retention window, with active-task exceptions described in the privacy policy. Do not rely on the service as permanent storage.
A template may be temporarily unavailable while its inputs or provider mapping are being prepared. No task should be treated as successful solely because a payment or provider submission occurred.
Refunds, disputes and support
See the refund and credit policy. Contact support if an output has a technical problem, a task remains unresolved or a payment is incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
