Generation failure: credit returns

When a video or paid preview is confirmed to have failed, its reserved credits are returned to the original credit lots, keeping their original expiry dates. An expired lot is not turned into fresh credits. A failed free preview restores free eligibility. A request with unknown status remains reserved while checked, so it is not submitted or refunded twice.

Unused credits: contact support

Requests for a cash refund of unused purchased credits are reviewed individually by support. This is not an automatic cash-refund promise. We review the payment, remaining unused credits, generation activity and applicable consumer rights. Credits already consumed by completed generations are not treated as unused credits.

Email support@viralrapvideo.com from your account email with the order or payment reference and your reason. Do not send full card details. Any approved payment refund is handled through the original payment method; related credit balances are reviewed to avoid both a refund and duplicate usable credits.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund its current period. Requests about an accidental renewal or unused subscription credits are reviewed individually. Unused monthly credits still expire at the end of their paid billing period unless an applicable remedy requires otherwise.

Output quality and technical problems

AI outputs can differ from samples. If a completed result has a technical issue, contact support with the task ID and a description. We review the issue before deciding the appropriate remedy. Do not keep submitting duplicate requests for an unresolved task.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit refunds, remedies or cancellation rights that apply by law. Payment disputes and refunds may temporarily restrict related billing activity while the account is reviewed.
