What information we handle
- Account details supplied through Google or GitHub, such as your name, email address and account identifier.
- Photos you upload, scene preferences, creative descriptions, optional lyrics, generated previews and videos.
- Orders, credit balances, subscriptions, task status and support messages. Stripe processes payment-card details; our application does not collect full card numbers.
- Session cookies, security and rate-limit information, and usage events such as page visits, uploads, previews, purchases and downloads. Attribution can include campaign, device category and browser language.
Why we use this information
We use these details to authenticate your account, create requested images and videos, manage payments and credits, show task history, respond to support requests, measure the service and prevent misuse. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in photos or prompts.
Service providers
Photos and creative inputs needed for generation are sent to the selected AI service providers, including fal and SeeAPI. Infrastructure providers support hosting, private storage and the database. Google and GitHub handle social sign-in, Stripe handles checkout, and Plunk supports outgoing mail. Providers may process information in other countries and apply their own service terms and privacy policies.
Your source photos and paid outputs are not public sample assets by default. Private media access is restricted to the account owner and the processing services needed to complete the task.
Retention and access
- Uploaded photos and unused previews have a 24-hour retention window. Inputs required by an active or unresolved task can be kept longer to finish or investigate it.
- Completed paid video files are available for download for seven days after completion.
- Orders, credit entries, billing and task records are retained separately for account operation, dispute resolution, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
- Locally preserved drafts can remain in your browser for up to 24 hours. Clearing site data removes those local drafts.
Expiry of a download link does not erase billing records. Limited backups, logs or provider records may follow separate retention schedules.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what photos and creative details to upload. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. Contact support from your account email to make a request; we may need to verify ownership and retain records where required. Deleting your account or files does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
Cookies and email
Sign-in, security and usage attribution use site cookies or browser storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or draft recovery. Automatic marketing recall is not enabled by default; any optional product-mail consent and unsubscribe controls are separate from essential billing or service messages.
